Dian is the Principal of Directed Potential Coaching and Training, a company whose purpose is to assist individuals and organizations create potent, relevant change. With a unique blend of passion, skill and intuition, Dian masterfully moves her international clientele toward sharpening their leadership skills, building accountability and achieving goals in their professional and personal lives.

Her extensive professional experience encompasses client coaching, executive leadership training and curriculum design. She has coached over 3,000 hours during her coaching career thus far and is currently completing her Master Coach Designation, known as the most rigorous in the coaching profession. She currently holds the position of Senior Performance Coaching Advisor in the Organizational Development department of a government commission with over 600 employees on Canada’s west coast.

Dian led the in-house corporate coaching initiative that won the prestigious 2011 ICF International Prism award — a remarkable achievement in the world of leadership coaching. This award was created to recognize, honour, celebrate, and learn from organizations who have embraced coaching as an integral part of their leadership strategy.

Her private practice targets a niche market of individuals over forty. With a deft balance of coaching and hypnotherapy she helps clients embed strategies for success and create startling, positive change in their personal and professional lives.

Dian is active as a fundraiser for Breast Cancer and has participated in events that required walking 60 miles in the United States for the Avon 3-day and 40 miles in Vancouver’s Weekend to End Breast Cancer in pursuit of the cure. She has also trained and coached in the disadvantaged Downtown East Side of Vancouver, both professionally and as a volunteer.
